Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8am - 5pm CST, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 11:59 AM CST may ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed.

We ship from our U.S. warehouse to the 48 contiguous states.

Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

Shipping times are estimates only and apply to in-stock items. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Orders with a combined value of $100 or more before taxes qualify for free standard ground shipping.

 

For orders with a combined value of $99 or less before taxes - shipping rates may vary based on factors such as delivery location, shipping method, and the size or weight of the items.

We offer free pickup at our Fort Worth location.

To schedule a pickup:

   •   Select Pickup at checkout

   •   Complete your purchase

   •   Watch for two emails:

1. Order confirmation

2. Notification that your order is being prepared

Pickup orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours during our regular business hours.

Orders placed after hours or within 3 hours of closing will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible* items may be returned within 20 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $9.95 shipping fee.
