Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Eligible* items may be returned within 20 days of the delivery date, based on tracking confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $9.95 shipping fee.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or invoiced.

If you need to address an issue after your order has shipped, please refer to the Return and Warranty sections below.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

   •   Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

   •   All original tags must be attached.

   •   Items must be returned in their original packaging.

   •   A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

How to Start a Return

  • ·       Request a Return Authorization (RMA#) by emailing customersvc@sheepskinranch.com.
  • ·       Once approved, return your item within 10 days using insured shipping (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
  • ·       Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was sent (and reported within the required timeframe).
  • ·       Items returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.
  • ·       If accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the situation.

 

*Exclusions – Non-Returnable Items

      Medical sheepskin products are non-returnable due to health and hygiene standards. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.

      Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Unauthorized Sellers: Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (including eBay and non-authorized Amazon sellers) are not covered under this policy. Such items will be held for 30 days, then discarded or returned at the customer’s expense.

 

Warranty Policy

      Coverage: 30-day warranty from the invoice date covering defects in material or workmanship.

      Exclusions: The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, improper care, unauthorized repairs, or items purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g., eBay, non-authorized Amazon sellers).

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at customersvc@sheepskinranch.com within 4 days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your return is approved for a refund, the amount will be issued to your original payment method, minus a $9.95 shipping fee.

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process after approval. Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customersvc@sheepskinranch.com.
